Andy was friendly, polite, knowledgable and kept my interest the whole time (i usually find it difficult to keep my eyes open during training sessions!) His training venue was great and his Dogs were brilliant. Nice size training group too. Loved it thanks Andy!

This is a brilliantly run course, as it caters for those with physical and learning disabilities. I really enjoyed it, and I was using it as a refresher course. I have told my employer how good I thought it was too (I come from a training background).

By far the best first aid course I have been on in over twenty years, Andy is so engaging.
I always enjoy my first aid refreshers but this was surprisingly good, I am already looking forward to my renewal in 3 years time.
If you are looking for a first aid course near Norwich, look no further, as you won't find better than Andy, a true inspiration both personally and professionally.
